Shipping Policy
1. Shipment will be arranged within 5 business days for order processing subject to stock availability
2. Order will be confirmed by e-mail with tracking number and delivery date
3. Merchandise will be fully inspected to keep a top notch quality control in knowing that customer satisfaction is our top priority
4. No delivery services will be provided for PO Box or postal station. Full Details of address is needed
5. If you refuse a shipment from LNBF.ca, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to LNBF.ca. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund
Return Policy:
We guarantee a quality product which you will be highly satisfied with your purchase. Customers can only receive a refund if the purchase was made from our website and it is within 7 days from the receipt of shipment. Any defective items will be immediately replaced upon receipt of the returned items, defective items must be returned within 7 days on our shipment date. If for any reason the product is not available, we will advise you the earliest shipment date and you may have an option for cancellation with a full refund.
Return terms and conditions:
1. Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging
2. A request of Returns must be communicated to us by email for replacement or full refund within 7 days on shipment date. A return authorization number will be provided upon acceptance of returns. All returns must be quoted with the “Authorization Number”
3. The customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise for reasons other than product damaged or defective
4. Refund will be arranged upon receipt of returned items subject to inspections. Amount will be credited in original method of payment after shipping charges deducted, if applicable
5. No refund or replacement for used merchandise
